I fled from the original plot and got a job at the castle where the castle lord’s a shut-in. Everyday was peaceful until I discovered the lord returning late one night covered with blood.

“Whoops, looks like I’ve been caught.”

Eek! I thought the job was an easy gig, but it turned out to be the lair of the villain who went batsh*t crazy for the female protagonist and caused a bloody massacre!

I tried to escape to survive, but failed. I’ve no choice but to care for him in hopes that he might become slightly less batsh*t crazy…

“I have a fiancé.”
