Spread out the tent skin and attach each pole to its sleeve in the ‘installation order’.
Pass the last ridge pole through the center loop and insert the ends of the pole into the tent corner pegs.
Pull the skin and push the poles in to make it stand.
Fit the loops to the poles.
Hammer the steel pegs into the ground.]
Just by looking at the instructions, it seemed more complex than the small tent. The small tent was pyramid-shaped, while the medium tent was dome-shaped, requiring multiple poles with many angles.
“Teddy, could you help me out a little?”
“Sure!”
Originally, I planned to set it up alone, but it was daunting. I managed to attach the sleeves and insert the poles into the tent corners, but standing it up while pulling the skin was quite difficult.
“Doesn’t it look a bit crooked? Or is it just me?”
“It does seem a bit lower on the left.”
“Teddy, can you hold it up for a moment?”
“Okay.”
When I moved to the left, I saw that part sagging. The pole wasn’t properly inserted into the peg.
“I think that’s better now.”
After fixing the shape, I attached the poles to the loops and hammered in the steel pegs. A sturdy medium tent was then completed.

After finishing the tent, I installed the items I bought from the camping market. I hung the insect-repellent lamp inside the tent for lighting.
I connected the trees with ‘Blue Starlight Plant Bulbs’. I also cleaned up the accumulated ash from the campfire and lit a new fire in the maintenance-free brazier.
The overall ambiance improved, though it wasn’t too noticeable yet since it wasn’t dark. But I expected it to look quite nice once it got darker.

Gathering is a common sub-skill among hunters. But a skill that requires shouting ‘Great Eye’ loudly after pulling for it to activate seemed embarrassing just to think about.
And something I’ve felt for a while now, why are all the sub-skill descriptions like this?
It almost feels like the system is mocking me. Or is it just my imagination?
