Yeongwoo, seemingly startled on the other end, paused before responding, “No, I haven’t gone to bed yet.”
“I’m coming to your room.”
“Right now?”
Taehan felt he couldn’t wait to see her.
“Let’s talk face to face.”
Yeongwoo had rushed into her hotel room, engulfed in turmoil.
“I’ll date you. I’ll be your boyfriend.”
His words had left her bewildered and enraged, but with time, she couldn’t help but notice the seriousness in Taehan’s expression.
“Yeongwoo is the first for me.”

Yeongwoo flinched and touched her eyelids.
“They usually swell in the evening.”
“May I come in?”
Taehan, who had bluntly announced his visit, now oddly sought permission to enter. His standards always differed from others.
Without surprise, Yeongwoo gestured him in, and he stepped into the room confidently.
“It smells like you in here.”
He casually strolled around the room, hands clasped behind his back. His uncharacteristic sentimentality only added to her confusion.

After finishing his words, Taehan experienced a tightness in his chest for the first time in his life.
The thought of her leaving caused a deep sense of loss, but he didn’t show it. Having decided to let her go, he didn’t want to make her uncomfortable.
